Our vision

Today’s PetitsBoss are tomorrow’s leaders.

Every child will be the PetitBoss of their field. Our mission: to train them, guide them and give them the confidence to take the lead.

Our mission

Today, we train them. Tomorrow, they take the lead.

TrainReal skills: logic, digital, technology, creativity.
GuideSmall groups, personal follow-up, parents informed at every step.
Pass onSo they walk alongside us, take the lead with confidence… and in turn educate future generations.
We educate them so they walk alongside us, take the lead with confidence and, in turn, educate future generations.

What does being a “Boss” mean?

Being a “Boss” does not mean being above others. It means learning to:

  • believe in yourself
  • dare to try
  • think
  • create
  • solve
  • take initiative
  • become independent
  • develop your talents
  • pass it on
A PetitBoss learns to search.
A PetitBoss dares to try.
A PetitBoss learns by doing.
A PetitBoss grows their ideas.
A PetitBoss adds their stone to the building.

Why PetitsBoss?

Because learning is more than memorising.

School teaches essential knowledge. PetitsBoss does not replace it: it offers a complementary space to practise, experiment and gain confidence.

Our approach

Active learning, designed for ages 4 – 13

Learning by doingEvery session starts with a hands-on activity: we handle, test and try again.
Few children per sessionOur space is deliberately small, so each child is seen, heard and supported.
One computer per childFor computer activities, each child practises on their own computer.
Building as a teamArduino and robotics in small groups: cooperate, decide, present together.
At their pace, without frustrationLevels (I discover → I understand → I create) rather than rankings.
Assess to encourageTo discover · Developing · Acquired · Mastered. Never a school grade.

By age

Activities adapted to every age

Handle, observe, play. Short sessions, very few children, lots of hands-on: abacus beads, colours, shapes.

Ages 7 – 9Explore

Understand and build. Short challenges, first digital tools on their own computer.

Ages 10 – 13Create

Projects and independence: code, build an Arduino circuit as a team, present their work to parents.
